Hi I recieved a copy of th anvel lessons I purchased. eager to start I put the cd in my computer and started with extracting lesson 1, 32% into the extraction, it freezes and doesnt let me eject the cd or cancel the copy. Thinking it might be an issue with my mac, I tried the cd on my pc, upon putting it in the drive i hear the normal clicks my pc drive makes when it cant read a cd.

I tried copying the cd in toast in hopes it might just be an error in the other cd or something, I tried launching with disc recovery and at the same point as when I tried extracting it froze.

I think the cd is damaged ro something, I got it in the mail 3 days ago, ive tried other computers also and have gotten no results, tried copying the whole cd to my hard drive and the same thing happened. Do I need to order a replacement? or purchase another one? if you have them on ur server i rather download the 5gigs than wait 3-4 days for a cd again

Sorry to say it needs to be mailed out...I don't have the server capabilities to send 5 gigs
