Experiment: Create a Murder Mystery Movie Title Sequence using Ani Elements. Elements needed: Scary Element 4, Scary Element 5, Scary Element 6, Text Element 2, Text Element 3 Movie Title Example This is a very basic list of the procedures I used to make this animation. I added some more effects and customized in some places to make everything fit nicely. The great thing about having the After Effects projects as starting points is that it shaved off about 5 - 10 days work. The entire process to complete this title sequence using the Ani Elements was approximately 3 days. The other nice thing about using the After Effects projects was I didn't feel like it hampered my creativety. In fact it allowed me to think about the design more and the technical aspects less...I didn't even have to worry about this upresing to HD spec since all the files were built in After Effects I only had to change the Composition size to 1080i and adjust my solids to follow that. 1. Render one of the swirled lines from Scary Element 4 at 2000 pixels wide with an alpha channel. 2. Create a new scene by duplicating the new rendered file many times and moving them around to create a new design. 3. Create 5 more compositions like this with different designs. 4. Render the compositions with alpha channels. 5. Place the 6 new rendered files into a new composition. 6. Move them around on the time line so there is space between them to add text. 7. Create 5 new titles using Text Element 2. 8. Render those files with Alpha Channels. 9. Place those new files between the 6 scenes you have already rendered. 10. Render Scary Element 5 with an Alpha Channel. 11. Render Text element 3. 12. Place these 2 rendered files at the end of the larger sequence. 13 Render the entire file out. 14. Open Scary Element 6 and replace the "replace this layer" with your newly rendered sequence. 15. Render....and done.
